"Gran recuerdo de nuestro paso por el restaurante de este hermoso parador, situado en las antiguas caballerizas del monasterio de Santo Estevo. Impresionante reforma y adecuación del espacio arquitectónico, para competir con la gastronomía y servicio recibidos. Nos recomendó este lugar precisamente el maitre del parador de Pontevedra y acertamos de lleno. Nos invitaron por ello a un plato de berberechos al natural salteados con verduras de lo más espectacular. Continuamos con la degustación de 4 quesos locales y un salteado de hortalizas. Brutal! Continuamos con pasta fresca en salsa de setas y bacalao con hortalizas. Demasiado bueno! De postre ya andábamos al limite y probamos el pastel de castañas. Nos supo a poco tras el festival de sabores previo. Gran atención del maitre y agradecer al camarero que los atendió su simpatía y acceder a todas nuestras peticiones, excepto salir a la terraza. Queda pendiente para la próxima ocasión. Gran nivel en los paradores hasta la fecha!"

"El sitio es ESPECTACULAR merece mucho la pena visitarlo y si puedes quedarte en el parador, y dar una vuelta por la Riveira Sacra, eso te aseguro que es de lo mejor que puedes ver en Ourense . En cuanto a la comida, yo pedí el menú gallego 50€ que trae de primero unos quesos que estaban bien, sin ser nada del otro mundo, después unos trozos de empanada de atún (no me pareció hecha por ellos, sino comprada) que estaba rica, pero te puedo asegurar que las hay mucho mejor, y plato fuerte chuletón que estaba muy pero que muy bueno la carne estaba muy rica. La gente que nos atendió de 10 y desde luego es recomendable para cualquier persona tanto comer allí como visitar la zona."
